Land Surveying
Land Surveying Services at CadMax are provided to identify and document existing conditions, whether they are natural or manmade. The extent of the survey required is dependent upon its intended use. Boundary, or property line, surveys are required by state and local ordinances whenever property is sold or subdivided. This includes the identification of the property lines, easements, and flood plain lines. Development permits are typically required from state and local regulatory agencies prior to the initiation of construction, and detailed land surveys are often required to obtain them. This includes the boundary surveys as well as topographic features such as elevations, manmade improvements, utilities, and trees. Land surveys are also required for the engineering design of a multitude of government funded capital improvement projects. Land Surveying Services at CadMax are provided to identify and document these existing conditions.
